He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lauritsen and Doris Lauritsen (Madsen). He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Lauritsen of Waterloo, IA, Karla Lauritsen (Robert Vocke) of Santa Fe, NM and Kirk Lauritsen (Jennifer Lauritsen) of Pomona, KS; his nephews, Patrick Bergen Lauritsen Vocke and Jeremiah Stumpff; and his niece Jasmine Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Craig's honor be made to Scouting America or National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
