He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Maddox (Alice) of Rock City, Charles Maddox (Laurie) of Le Mars, Iowa, Penny Maddox (Dan) of Jefferson City and Dawn Maddox (Kevin) of Naperville, Illinois; his nephew Cody Maddox (Kayla); and his nieces, Jennifer Gravenisch (Luke), Cory Engelking (Jared), Melody Freeman (Anthony), Melissa Freeman (Michael), Hannah Hopton (Rhett), Sarah Rains (Manuel), Gina McNabney, Lauren Nixon (Derek), Lexi Vrieze (Nate) and Autumn Ferris (Ben). He is also survived by 11 children, his beloved nieces and nephew, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and great nieces and nephews.
