It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Joann (Le Mars, Iowa), who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Koth and Virginia Koth (Rau); her sister Brenda Kolpitcke; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Mary Jane Odom.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Odom; her sister Kamie Gums (Fred); her siblings-in-law, Mark Kolpitcke, DeeDee Helland (Decker) and Dennis Odom (Chris); and her sibling's children, Dave Gums (Kathy), Marie Arduser (Shannon), Ben Kolpitcke (Adrian), Katie Kolpitcke, Heather Gann (Steve), Rick Helland (Beth) and Aimee Stites (Connor).
