She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Bohlke and Cecila Bohlke (Lanners); her husband Donald Hoffman; her son Michael Hoffman; her daughter-in-law Cami Jean Hoffman; her granddaughter Angel Hoffman; her siblings, Clayton Bohlke, Rosie Welter (Arnie), Shirley Traufler (Bill), Bud Bohlke (Bonnie) and Darlene Thill (Donald); and her brother-in-law Tom Schumacher.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Hoffman (Jan) of Remsen, IA, Sharon Fischer (Gary) of Hinton, IA, Rick Hoffman (Leslie) of Le Mars, IA, Randy Hoffman (Jody) of Le Mars, IA, Terry Hoffman (Christi) of Remsen, IA and Lisa Weber (Rick) of Alton, IA; her siblings, Ray Bohlke of Le Mars, IA and Lois Hageman (LaMont) of Le Mars, IA; and her in-laws, Arlene Traufler (Jerry) of Le Mars, IA, Judy Reuter (Tom) of Le Mars, IA, Jerry Hoffman (Judy) of Wisconsin, Mary Schumacher of Hamburg, IA and Delores Bohlke of Le Mars, IA. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church - St. Joseph (605 Plymouth St NE, Le Mars, IA 51031). Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
