He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Donlin of Appleton, WI, JoAnn Miller (Al) of Independence, MO, Jeanette Peters (Don) of Benbrook, TX, Henry Campbell (Kay) of Le Mars and Barb Heffner (Rick) of Le Mars; his brother-in-law Punk Steinfadt of Le Mars; his daughter Carrie Gill (Gordon); his grandson James of Le Mars; his child Ryan Campbell; his grandchild Ryker of Le Mars; and his children, Chris Campbell of Des Moines, IA and Alex Campbell (Mackenzie) of Le Mars. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Croix Hospice.
