He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Schoenrock and Edna Schoenrock (Kowalke); his stepmother Lydia Schoenrock; his parents-in-law, Robert and Bernice Porter; his brothers, Jerry Schoenrock and Curtis Schoenrock; and his stepbrother Mark Kreitzinger.
He is survived by: his wife Gail of Le Mars, IA; his children, Ann Schoenrock (Brian Hermelbracht) of Hinton, IA, Rylie, Payton and Katie Carter (Dustin) of Vermillion, SD; his grandchildren, Paisley and Kolt; his brother Doug Schoenrock (Becky) of Le Mars, IA; his stepsisters, Marilyn Kreitzinger of Florida and Malinda Dyer of New Mexico; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Schoenrock of Hinton, Diane Schoenrock of Sioux City, IA, Rich Porter (Peggy) of Sioux City, IA and Mike Finigan of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
