With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Niehus (Le Mars, Iowa), who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Ralph departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ralph. Though Ralph may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rexwinkel Funeral Home - Le Mars (107 12th St SE, Le Mars, IA 51031). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church - St. Joseph (605 Plymouth St NE, Le Mars, IA 51031).
Expressions of sympathy may be expressed to the family through http://www.rexwinkelfh.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Wasmer American Legion Post 241 or All Saints Parish in Le Mars.
