He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cunningham and Helen Cunningham (Lunstrum); his foster parents, Art Tweed and Charlotte Tweed; his stepmother Maxine Wubben; his brother Lanny Cunningham; his great-nephew Colby Schleuger; his parents-in-law, Melbourne and Carol Trampel; and his siblings-in-law, Darla Reed and Dan Trampel.
He is survived by: his wife Debra of Leland, Iowa; his sons, Nickolas Cunningham (Jessica) of Leland, Jacob Cunningham (Jessie) of Iowa City and Joshua Cunningham (Lindsey) of Walker; his grandchildren, Aaiden and Kassidy Cunningham; his sons, Jack Cunningham, Rylee, Sadee and Bryson Cunningham; his sisters, Dawn Cunningham of Keokuk and Joan Weaver of Keokuk; and his sister-in-law Linda Cunningham of Forest City. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
