He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stamps and Reva Stamps; his siblings, Helen Eitzen (Ivan), Dean Stamps (Rita), Curtiss Stamps, Ruth Thompson (Dean) and Robert Stamps; his sister-in-law Joyce Orr; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Kortnee Buch; and his niece Kim Stamps.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Stamps; his children, Dedra Buch (Norman), Brett Stamps (LaDanya), Dana Davis (Doug) and Brian Stamps (Erica); his grandchildren, Kaylee Margison (Kyle), Karyee Gonder (Taylor), Kollyn Buch (Faith), Dylan Davis (Kayla), Darcy Swaney (Dylan) and Quentin Dalton; his great grandchildren, Raymond Buch and Haley Davis; his brothers, Larry Stamps and Gary Stamps (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Stamps and Lanny Orr.
