He was predeceased by : his parents, Leland McMath and Edna McMath (Hartman); his son Michael; his parents-in-law, Merrill and Agnes Bailey; his siblings, Maralyn Schlapia (Dale), Lavon Brown (Paul) and Dwight McMath (Helen); and his niece Jeannette Scott.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Bailey; his daughter Monica Crouch (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ben Crouch, Alex Crouch (Alyssa) and Bailey Bostwick (Aric); and his great grandchild Barrett Crouch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are to the Clearfield Cemetery and the Clearfield Methodist Church.
