She is survived by: her former husband Michael Lewis Kauzlarich; her child Tamatha; her husband Mike Kaulzarich of Leon; her children, Tammy Kauzlarich, Dana of Pierson, Travis Kauzlarich of Decatur and Tamara Kauzlarich of Van Wert, Iowa; her grandchildren, Michael Harms (Donna), Jessica (Cody Stark), Erica Kauzlarich and Savanah Kauzlarich (Angel); her great grandchildren, Tanner, Harper, Madelyn and Carson; and her sister Carol Young of Leon, Iowa.
