With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Rinehart (Leon, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Rinehart and Leatrice Rinehart; and his siblings, Diane Hartly of Greenfield, IA and Steve Rinehart of San Antonia, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rinehart (Jeanne) of Davis City; his son Johnny Rinehart (Christine) of Des Moines, IA; his stepchildren, Kenny Roberts (Christy) of Johnston, IA and RoseAnne Baisa of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Shelbie Miller, Tyler Bass, Austin Roberts, Megan Nunez, Brandon Roberts and Jayden Wada; and his siblings, Jerry Rinehart of Des Moines, IA and Debbie Burton of Maloy, IA. He is also survived by 1 great grandson and 2 great granddaughters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established to the Diagonal Lions Club.
