He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Mike (Deb), Dave (Sandy) and Gary (Angie); his grandchildren, Brant "Keiki" (Evie Nelson), Colton (Jady), Trent, Kyla, Cooper (Sara), Jacey and Keeva; his great grandchild Sloane Nelson; and his sister-in-law Bev Ranney of Olathe, Kansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
