He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sherman and Edna Pauline Quayle (Morris); his wife Dona Marie Quayle; his daughter Terry Marie Quayle (Dudley); his granddaughter Jessica Marie Quayle; and his siblings, Ted, Leo Quayle and Dorthy Willis (Hill) of Virginia.
He is survived by: his stepgrandsons, Dustin Lee Fretwell and Travis Dudley; and his daughter Kim Quayle of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by his grandsons; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
