It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ann Stewart of Leon, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Decovan Tenison and Patience Mae Zimmerman (Dagnillo); her husband Jack Ellsworth Stewart; her son Tim Stewart; and her sister Norma Youngbear.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie; her son-in-law Doug Moffett of Leon, Iowa; her granddaughters, Heidi (Zach Kistler) and Heather (Joe Noble); her great grandchildren, Maddox, Remington and Autumn Kistler; her siblings, Jeanette Ellington of Des Moines and Richard Zimmerman (Terri) of Foley, Alabama; and her brother-in-law Terry Youngbear of Tama, Iowa. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
