He is survived by: his wife Patty Chapman of Leon, Iowa; his children, Terry Chapman of Bethany, Julie Chapman of Blairsville, Georgia, Tim Chapman and Debbie Eastburn of Leon; his brother Cliff; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Chapman of Leon and Osa Foltz of Lineville, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
