Lyda Elizabeth Baughman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyda Elizabeth Baughman in Leon, Iowa, who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tolbert "Bert" Adair and Ruth Adair (Barrett); her children, Elizabeth and Shirley; her husband Earl Baughman; her children, Jim, John and Jerry Lee; her son-in-law Jerry Laswell; her granddaughters, Julie Laswell, Alexis Baughman and Kim Poole; and also Janet Baughman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Lucille, Doris Laswell of Aurora, Barb Ricketts of Kansas City, Lucy Dooley (Dale) of Liberty and Melody Dale (Kenny) of Leon, Iowa; and also Connie DePee of Independence, Missouri. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 16 great, great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established by the Family.
