He is survived by : his children, Jessica Cornett of Mason City and Skylar Cornett of Clarinda, Iowa; his grandson Sam; his sister Teresa Etheridge (Charles) of Parksley, Virginia; his uncle Elmer; his aunt Toshiko Green of Derby, Iowa; and his cousin Kathy Parker of Creston.
