She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasper Stewart and Nora Jeannetta Johnson (Hoines); her husband Walter William "Bill"; her sister Kathleen Rigdon (Kenny); and her siblings-in-law, Stan Biel, Bob Moser (Marcie), Jeff Moser, Ruth Moser, Phyllis Steinmetz (Harold) and Marjorie Mohlis (Paul).

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Flathmann (Drew) of North Oaks, Minnesota and John Moser of Lime Springs, Iowa; her grandchildren, Lisa Mahr (Eric) and Reed Flathmann (Erin); her great grandchildren, Alli, Audrey, Avery Mahr, Ricky and Molly Flathmann; her siblings, Lavonne Biel and Bev Warnke (Bob); Dean Moser (Shirley) and Louise Meyer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Howard County Community Hospice, Saetersdal Lutheran Church or Saetersdal Cemetery Association.
