He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allen Paap Jr. and Phyllis Paap; and his cousins, Frankie Rae Baker and Hunter James Baker. He is survived by: his parents, James Allen "Jim" (Susan) of Lincoln, NE and LoReeta Jo Baker of Ft. Collins, CO; his siblings, Tanner Paap of Milford, NE, Chance Paap of Lincoln and Shasta Paap of Bend, OR; his niece Aspen McCoy of Bend, OR; and his grandparents, Dr. Harry and LoRee Baker of Nebraska City. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

The family requests blood donations, in Jake's memory, in lieu of flowers.
