Ann deserves special credit for raising a wonderful family, just as masterfully as Fred raised livestock and grew grains. During a time when many farm boys and girls could no longer make a living by farming, this "city boy" Fred managed to succeed at doing just that. Ann, a farmer's daughter, had to play a big part in that endeavor. She's earned her place in heaven”
