She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jack and Julia Jack (Puffer); and her brother Michael Jack. She is survived by: her husband John Bardsley; her daughter Mary Kilburg (Chris); her stepdaughter Robyn Pearson (Dennis); her sisters, Patricia Coon and Sue Sullivan-Smith; and her cousin Patrice Kiefer. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Donations in her memory can be made to Southeast Linn Community Center in Lisbon, Iowa, where she worked, volunteered and loved people.
