He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Pitcher and Dorothy Pitcher (Cole); his daughter Ronda Pitcher; his brothers, Ronald Pitcher and Duane Pitcher; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Pitcher and Sharon Pitcher; and his pet Teddy.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Kelly; his children, Larry Pitcher (Bobbi) and Teresa Johnson (Curtis); his stepchildren, Jeff Johnson, Terri Philgreen (Mark) and Kelly Colquhoun (Walt); his brother Jerry Pitcher (Beverly); his grandchildren, Damien, Casey, Kara, Abby, Erin, Tim and Rachel; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Robbie, Clayton, Aubrey, Ashley, Hannah and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Max, Lucus, Isabelle, Destinee, Ella, Lexi, Weylyn, Ava, Owen, Henry and Andy; and his stepgreat-grandchild Capri.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 715 10th Avenue SW, Mount Vernon, IA 52314. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 715 10th Ave SW, Mt Vernon, IA 52314. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Vernon Memorial Cemetery (520 1st St E, Mt Vernon, IA 52314).
