With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Lee Neff of Lockridge, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Neff and Mary Neff (Stalder); his wife Barbara Gerleman; his children, Lynn Neff of Fairfield, Angie Kempf (Kenny) of Wayland, Maryjo Rich (Matt) of Washington and Wendi Neff Ulin (Michael) of Washington; his grandchildren, Morgan Kaufman (Nick), Mason Rich (Haley), Makenna Rich (Koltyn Niles), Amiah Neff (Jeff Cox), Aidan Ulin and Alec Ulin; his great grandchild Brewer Kaufman; and his sons, Craig Kaufman and Dan Raymond.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (408 N Broadway St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Lockridge First Responders or to Compassus Hospice in his memory.
