He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard M. Bryan and Ethel M. Bryan (Haynie); his brother Lonnie; his son Steven; his grandson Doug; and his brother David Bryan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Wood) of Logan; his daughters, Traci Bates (Jason) of Sergeant Bluff, IA. and Cari Maresch (Rex); his grandchildren, Makenzie Bates, Conner Bates (Brianna), Mary Beth Smelser (Mike), Jacob Smelser, Madison Noriega (Peter), Kaitlyn Henderson and Brad Lopez (Emili); his siblings, Carolyn Doughman (Jerry) and Norm Bryan (Arlene); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Bryan. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces; nephews; in-laws and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
