It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Thompson of Logan, Iowa, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Clark and Marie Clark (Symko); her husband Bernard Thompson; her son Keith; her stepgranddaughter Jessie Methvin; her brothers, Tex, Bill and Fred; her siblings-in-law, Dean Thompson (Eva), Gean Thompson, Bruce Thompson, Allen Berens and Bernice; and also, Agnes 'Cute' Konfrst (Frank), Eva 'Curly', Jens Jensen, Doc Francis, Helen Wagner (Arnold) and Bernice 'Corky' Heydorn (Carl 'Smokey').

She is survived by: her daughter Doreen Epperly (Mark) of Marquette; her granddaughter Jasmine; her daughter Evonne Clinkenbeard (Jim) of Denison; her grandchildren, Rae and Bryce; her daughter-in-law Rose Thompson of Logan; her grandchildren-in-law, Nathenial, Matthew (Michelle), Samuel and Stephanie; her stepgrandson Russ Methvin; her brothers, Gene Clark of Bellevue and Ron Clark (Terri) of Texas; her sisters-in-law, Judy Clark of Omaha, Priscilla Thompson of Missouri, Carolyn Thompson of Georgia and Marilyn Berens of Dunlap; and also Phoebe. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
