She is survived by: her children, Steven Forbes (Johnetta) of Winston-Salem, Phil Forbes (Kelli) of North Liberty, Iowa and Amy Whiting (Brian) of Rosemount, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Forbes, Christopher Forbes (Annie), Johnathon Forbes, Lucas Forbes, Alex Forbes, Brady Whiting and Nathan Whiting; and her brother William Rummells (Doris) of Moline, IL..
