He was predeceased by : his grandfather Don Blondell. He is survived by : his parents, Heath Pacha and Christy Pacha; his sister Camille; his grandparents, Ann Blondell, Henry and Lora Pacha; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy Barkalow (Ed), Mike Blondell, Teresa Blondell, Wes Pacha (Heather), Sarah Pacha (Demechico Spraggins) and Amanda Hardesty (Clint).

In lieu of flowers memorials in Carter's name may be made to the church.
