He was predeceased by: his father Matt Tobin. He is survived by: his mother Inez Tobin (Gluesing) of Eldridge; his spouse Linsey Moffit; his children, Tate Moffit, Emery and Gannon Tobin; his siblings, Dawn Hinrichs (Chris) of DeWitt, Karen Lorenzen (Jay) of Polk City, Brian Tobin of Eldridge and Josh Tobin (Kelli) of Davenport; and his nephews, Connell Lorenzen (Alyssa), Drew Lorenzen, Tom and Nancee Moffit of LeClaire.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for an educational fund for his children or your favorite charity.
