He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Weibel and Gertrude Weibel (Swick); and his daughter Caroline. He is survived by: his wife Ida M. Legner; his sons, Matthew (Sarah Weibel), Jason (Sarah Weibel) and Aaron (Cassandra Weibel); his foster son Ho Tran of Rochester; his grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Kaitlyn, Seth and Felix; and his siblings, John Weibel (Donna) of Manchester, Frank Weibel (Mary) of Ankeny, Phillip Weibel (Claire) of Gillette, Paul Weibel (Kathy) of Claremore, Glen Weibel (Karen) of Joplin, Missouri, Rose Snowbarger (Ed) of Kirksville, Glida Reamsnyder (Larry) of Clovis and Jo Ann Smith (Bill) of Huntsville, Alabama.
