She was predeceased by : her parents, Alice Mae and Wayne Hyatt; and her siblings, Peggy Carrington and Jack Hyatt. She is survived by : her husband Roger Wakeland (Gov); her children, Randy Wakeland (Allison Allgaier) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Ronda Anderson (Gary) of Port Byron, Illinois; her grandchildren, Michelle Duncan (Brandon), Robert Wakeland, Andrea Wolfe (Andy), Brady Wakeland, Alex Wakeland and Andy Anderson (Hailee); and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Callen, Oliver, Emerson, Tyler, Glory, Brayve, Haven, Noble, Aislynn and Riverleigh.

Memorials may be made to the family, the Long Grove Volunteer Fire Department or to Long Grove Christian Church.
