He is survived by: his close friends, Richard, Kathy Welsh and Dean Ballalatak; his sons, Michael and Kenny Peterson; his grandchildren, Spencer Peterson (Payton), Kailey Wynn (Kevin), Noah Peterson, Taylor Ilyenko (Andre) and Zach Peterson; his great grandchildren, Chip, Elais and Adelina; his sister Donna Post; and his sisters-in-law, Mary and Maxine Peterson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
