He is survived by: his children, Shawn Hale (Wendy) of Wallops Island, Virginia, Becky Hale (Chad Anderson) of Camanche, Joe Hale (Jen Thompson) of Clinton, Carrie Thomas (Chris) of Clinton and Kayla Rowson (Ryan Charleson) of Sabula; and his siblings, Shirley Kennedy of Clinton, Johnny Hale of Muscatine, Rick Hale (Nancy) of Clinton and Keith Hale of San Antonio, Texas.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
