He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Travis (Dawn) and Toby (Kim Askeland); his grandchildren, Mac Hughes, Elora Hughes, Lily Hughes, Jordan Fury and Madison Hughes; his siblings, Linda Schoening (Bruce) and Rick Hughes (Patti); Nick Kestler. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
