She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Schoening and Marie Schoening (Green); her husband Bernie; her son Monte Roberson; her grandson-in-law Cory Achenbaugh; and her brother Kenneth Schoening.
She is survived by: her children, Lorre Roberson (Dale Kardell) of Avoca, IA and Julie Kates (Lonnie) of Carson, IA; her daughter-in-law JoHelen Roberson of Macedonia; her close friend Rod Knoke of Carson; and her grandchildren, Tara Achenbaugh, Amy Schoepke (Justin), Desirae Jones (Bobby), Jacob Roberson, Nathan Roberson (Alexa), Seth Kates (Melanie), Kade Kates (Melody) and Gabrielle McCowen (Garret). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren (with another on the way), 2 great great grandchildren; other relatives and many special friends.
