He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Andrew Putz and Elizabeth B. Putz (Ehm); and his granddaughter Jayda Hart. He is survived by: his wife Clara Putz; his children, Tracy Wolfe (Roger) of Macksburg, Jill Hart (Jimmy) and Andrew Putz (Melissa Lang) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Jax Hart, Alexander Wolfe and Ava Wolfe; and his siblings, Evelyn Buenting of Altoona, Gladys McIntire (Jim) of Marshalltown, Theresa Rattray (Neil) of Navarre, Florida, Richard Putz (Cindy) of Omaha, Dale Putz and Albert Putz (Sherry) of Lacona.
