She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Aikin and Edna Aikin (Trester); her husband Charles; and her siblings, Corinne, Florence, Russell, Robert and Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Vicky) and Chris (Paul); her granddaughters, Lynette (David), Angela (Justin) and Jennifer (Mike); her great grandchildren, Ava and Jim; and her sisters-in-law, Ora Austin, Alice Brown and Shirley Bittenger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made to the family or to the Macksburg United Methodist Church.
