He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Woodlund and Laura Jean Woodlund (Little); and his brother Daniel Woodlund. He is survived by: his wife Carol Latta; his children, Amanda Woodlund (Levi) of Madrid, Kristy Palmer (Kris) of Madrid, Tracy Herman (Tony) of Madrid, Billy Lopez (Abby) of Madrid, Carmen Lopez (Ryan) of Grimes and Bradley Lopez (Tylee) of Madrid; and his siblings, Kenneth Woodlund (Roz) of Woodward, Janice Johnsen of Madrid, Sharon Winter of Madrid and Donald Woodlund of Woodward. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Madrid VFW Post 5060 Madrid VFW Post 5060 (229 S State St, Madrid, IA 50156).
