He is survived by: his wife Wendy Horsman of Mallard, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brady and Nicole Joynt; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Hailey of Webb; his grandchildren, Kale and Sheila Joynt; his great grandchildren, Dalton and Isabel of Emmetsburg; his grandchildren, Hugh, Lisa Joynt of Mallard, Kolby and Ashley Joynt of Spirit Lake, Iowa; his stepchildren, Katie and John Mammen; his stepgrandchildren, Nash and Gage of Emmetsburg; his stepchildren, Jack and Mary Horsman; his stepgrandsons, Steven and Johnathan of Spencer, Iowa; his siblings, Jim Joynt (Brenda) of Waterloo, Mike Joynt of Emmetsburg, Iowa and Therese Trojahn (Steve) of Spencer, Iowa; and his pets, Betty Lou, Bojangles and Maggie. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
