He is survived by: his father Kenneth Dwain; his wife Sherry Green of Malvern; his daughter Candace Palmer (Chris) of Malvern; his stepmother Carol Green of Malvern; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Loycee Palmer of Malvern; his siblings, Shelly Green of Fairbanks, Diana Anderson (Aaron) of Louisburg, Scott Green (Crystal) of Jane and Tony Green (Kelly Burdette) of North Bend; and his sister-in-law Terry Carnahan (Darin) of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
