She is survived by: her husband Lee Stevens of Malvern, Iowa; her children, Andrea Dofner of Council Bluffs, Scott Stevens (Lisa) of North Liberty and Paul Stevens of Randolph, Iowa; and her sisters, Mary Flemmer (Cary) of Omaha and Cindy Swanson (Bruce) of Red Oak, Iowa. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
