She is survived by: her children, John Soppe (Denise) of Manchester, Julie Pasker (Don) of Manchester, Jim Soppe (Karen) of Manchester, Jody Ries (Mike) of Ryan and Jeff (Stacy) of New Berlin, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Sarah DeMarte (Rob), Michelle Alexander (Tyler), Jacob Swift (Shannon) and Matt Swift (Liz); her children, Beth Zuck (Josh), Garrett Soppe (Shari), Margo Welsh (Scott), Nicole Smith (Tim), Pat Soppe (Kiera), Ryan Soppe (Leslie), Trevor Soppe, Zach Pasker (Samantha), Allison Harms (Kolby), Josh Soppe, Paige Weber (Nick), Gavin Soppe (Ava), Phillip Ries, Andrew Ries, Kate Ries, Eli Soppe and Aidan Soppe; her son-in-law Mark Swift of Marengo; her sister Dianne Foust of Manchester; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Sandman of Dubuque. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (119 W Fayette St, Manchester, IA 52057). A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (1222 N Franklin St, Manchester, IA 52057).
