With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jane McMahon of Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Philip Paris and Mildred Paris (Maxwell); her husband Harold McMahon; her son Mark; her sons-in-law, Nicholas Schilling and Kevin Keuter; her granddaughter Courtney Moyer; and her brothers, Donald Paris (Velma), Russell Paris (Gwyneth) and Dean Paris (Mary Jane).
She is survived by: her children, Matthew McMahon (Elizabeth) of Marion, Mary Goos (Alvin) of Manchester, Monica Schilling of Manchester and Michelle Hoefer (David) of Masonville; and her grandchildren, Abbey Lindauer, Maya Porrino (Jack), Mitchell McMahon (Bri Rogers), Parris Partida (Jorge), Catherine Lovaas (Jay), Colleen McMahon (Nick Mortoza), Alaina Lynch (Mike), Jerad Hoefer (Rachel), Leah Palmer (Austin) and Meghan Hoefer (Andrew Huber). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
