She is survived by: her children, Tamra Glass of Ossian, Trisha Hortsman of Prairie du Chien, Terry McDowell (Wanda) of Oneida, Tom McDowell (Deb) of Oneida and Irvin McDowell (Dixie) of Masonville; her stepchildren, Steve Harbaugh of Florida, Loren Harbaugh (Laura) of Florida and Rosemary Newton (Allen) of Marion; and her siblings, James Dryer (Linda) of Guttenberg and Susie Horstman (Dennis) of Guttenberg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Leonard-Muller Funeral Home (1500 N Franklin St, Manchester, IA 52057). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Mount Harmony Cemetery (35048 Colesburg Rd, Garber, IA 52048).
