Kathryn DeVore Rees Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 1, 2024, at the age of 86, Kathryn DeVore Rees of Manchester, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathryn DeVore Rees to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Welterlen and Marie Welterlen (Nicolls) of Manchester; and her son-in-law Morris Holmon. She is survived by: her husband Gary Rees; her children, Brian Rees (Leonora Sanchez-Rees) of Santa Fe and Anne Holman of Garland, Texas; her grandchildren, Nathan and Andra Rees; and her brother Craig Welterlen (Judy) of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the Regional Medical Center or First Presbyterian Church.
