She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holub and Anna Holub (Buresh); her husband Francis Fortman; her brothers, William Holub, Jr. and Edward Holub; and her in-laws, Albert, Emma Fortman, DeLain Fortman, Rachel Fortman, Lillus Fortman, Lois Fortman and Floyd Wulfekuhle.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Williams of Manchester and Mike Fortman (Cathy) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Dan Williams (Amber), Tim Williams, Whitney Hall (Scotty), Michaela Kruger (Jordan) and Maci Fortman (Drake); and her in-laws, Omer Fortman of Manchester, Helen Wulfekuhle of Edgewood and Lillian Nefzger (James) of Delhi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
