With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mildred Wendt of Manchester, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Woellert and Martha Woellert (Moser); her husband Willis Wendt; and her siblings, Harold Woellert (Gail), Wilma Kelley (Roger), Marian Woellert, Eugene Woellert (Darlene), Ronnie Woellert (Leona) and Maynard Woellert.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Wilson (Clifford) of Moorhead and Steven Wendt (Sue) of Knoxville, Iowa; her grandchildren, Kristen Marlin (Eric), Matthew Clemon, Justin Wendt (Ashley), Christopher Wendt (Melissa), Trevor Wilson (Carrie), Ashley McFarland (James) and Lauren Wendt (Weston); and her sister-in-law Janet Woellert. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manchester, Iowa.
