She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dutra and Lois Dutra (Knight); her husband Robert Carper (Bob); her daughter Tina Meeker; and her siblings, Ronnie and Jolene.
She is survived by: her children, Franki Ramos of Manchester, Sarah Good of Tennessee, Jodi Morano of Tennessee and Tammy Mestressat of California. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
