He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McWilliams and Helen McWilliams (Leyda); and his parents-in-law, Bob and Loella Penzotti. He is survived by: his wife Carol McWilliams of Manchester; and his children, Keli McWilliams of Dubuque, Ashley McWilliams of Cedar Rapids and Brian McWilliams (Carla) of Manchester. He is also survived by three grandsons.
