He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis and Amanda Welch of Manchester, Iowa.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Engelhardt; his brother Doran; and his sister-in-law Janice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
